Couldn’t believe it but there were 10 Dutch guests and us two English people - the group kindly agreed to the tour being in English and that set the tone for the whole tour. We are not vegan but completely had our eyes opened - the food, at each stop, was sublime (interesting too!). Key to this is to remember that this is less bike tour and more food tour whereby you bike to each stop.”
